2020 Jan/Feb Dome Clinic

2020 Jan/Feb Dome Clinic

We are offering off season training at the Rosemount Dome. These sessions will focus on skills that are specific for each age group.

This year we are excited to announce that we have added softball trainers to our staff for Dome Training.  These trainers are responsible for executing drills and giving feedback to players and coaches.  Trainers will work with players on skills such as fielding, footwork, glove work, hitting, base running and speed & agility drills.

8U - focus on fundamentals of throwing, fielding, hitting and overall softball knowledge.

10/12U - builds on fundamentals to increase understanding of softball, adding more technical work around defensive and offensive skills.

14/16U - focus on increased technical training, more detailed around conditioning, coordination and defensive/offensive skills.

This is a great opportunity to build and develop your softball skills to get ready for spring tryouts and the upcoming 2020 Spring/Summer season.  Come to see your teammates and EFP coaching staff, play some softball and have some fun!

Remember that you are required to wear your EFP Dome t-shirts at each session! (If you do not have a T-shirt from the prior session, please reach out to Brenda Hall)

All players should wear softball pants and their EFP training shirt.  Bring all of your equipment and a water bottle.
